
Win10 upgrade, some others need to be uninstalled first then re-installed after the upgrade in order to work properly. Some antivirus programs interfere with doing the Win10 comes with its own antivirus (Defender) so there's no need to do without. I personally haven't seen Defender interfere with any other software. It's usually the third party AV programs that will cause problems. The screen capture from isn't displayed, it is just saved to a Screenshots folder in your Pictures library.
